The proceedings to buy a second home abroad are a lot and they can be confusing: contracts, payments, trust funds, maintenance fees, etc. We understand. Away from home, even ordering a pizza without anchovies can be a struggle. That's why we have made the process as smooth as possible. From the moment we receive your first deposit our Client Liaison will be in close contact with you to address any questions you may have. He will make sure any modifications to your home are done according to your exact wishes and he will be the only person you will need to talk to.

After delivery our on-site property management staff will be there too, to help you on installation, furnishing of services and help you find that very special frame you need and can't figure out where to find it!
